01About these terms

AI Visibility Score™ (the “Service”) is provided by Hi-Lab Solution, 2nd Floor, Sanket Towers, 301/5, near Grid Circle, Vivekanand Wadi, Anand, Gujarat 388001, India (“Hi-Lab Solution”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who scans a website, creates an account or buys a plan. By using the Service, ticking the box at checkout or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company.

02The service

The Service scans the publicly accessible pages and files of a website (for example the homepage, robots.txt and sitemap) and produces a score and a report across search, answer engines, generative AI, AI crawler access, conversion and user experience. A free score is available without payment; the full report, credits, monitoring and done-for-you services are paid plans as described on the pricing section at the time of purchase.

The scan looks only at what any visitor or crawler can see. We do not log in to, install anything on, or change your website.

03The report is system-generated

• Reports are produced automatically by software, using our own checks and third-party data sources such as Google PageSpeed Insights. No person reviews a report before it is delivered unless you buy a done-for-you service.
• A report reflects your website at the moment of the scan. Websites, search engines and AI platforms change constantly, so results can differ on another day.
• Automated checks can be incomplete or wrong — for example when a site blocks automated visitors, loads content late, or a third-party source is unavailable. Where something could not be tested, the report says so, but we do not guarantee that every finding is accurate or complete.
• Scores, priorities, effort estimates and expected outcomes are opinions and estimates, not promises. We do not guarantee any ranking, inclusion or mention in Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude or any other platform, nor any increase in traffic, enquiries or sales.

04Your responsibilities

• Only scan websites you own or are authorised to assess.
• You decide which suggestions to apply. Any change to your website — including code snippets, robots.txt rules, structured data or design changes taken from the report — is made by you or your developer, at your own risk.
• Before making changes, take a full backup, test on a staging copy where possible, and use a qualified developer. Check that changes suit your business, platform, legal obligations and other tools you use.
• Keep your account details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

05Prices, taxes and payment

• Prices are shown in one currency based on your location: Indian Rupees for India, and US Dollars, Pounds Sterling or Euros elsewhere.
• India: GST is added at checkout at the applicable rate and shown on your tax invoice. Outside India: the service is supplied as an export of services and no Indian GST is charged; your bank may apply its own currency conversion or international fees.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay or Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
• Monitoring plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Discount codes and credits have the conditions shown when they are issued.

06Refunds and cancellations — non-refundable

The full report is digital content that is generated and delivered to you immediately after payment. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including when:

• you disagree with a finding, score or recommendation, or your score changes later;
• you decide not to implement the suggestions, or the suggestions do not give the result you hoped for;
• you bought the wrong plan, scanned the wrong website, or changed your mind;
• you have unused report or re-scan credits, or credits that have expired. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Monitoring subscriptions: you can cancel at any time from My reports. Monitoring then continues until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. No refund or partial refund is given for the current period.

Done-for-you services: scope, timelines and any cancellation terms are set out in the quote or agreement you accept for that work.

The only exceptions. We will refund the amount paid, to the original payment method, if (a) you were charged more than once for the same order, or (b) your payment succeeded but we could not deliver the report and could not fix this within 7 working days of you telling us. Please contact us within 7 days of the payment at sanket@hi-labsolution.com with your order details. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days; the time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank.

07Disclaimer

The Service and every report are provided “as is” and “as available”, for general information and guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in a report is legal, financial or professional advice for your specific situation.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Hi-Lab Solution is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the report or from applying its suggestions to your website — including website downtime or errors, broken functionality, loss of data, lower search rankings or visibility, loss of traffic, enquiries, sales, revenue, profit, goodwill or business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.
• We are not responsible for the actions, policies, outages or changes of third parties, including search engines, AI platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways or your developers.
• If we are found liable for anything despite these terms, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report or plan that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

09Use of the report

Once paid for, you may use the report for your own business and share it with your team, developers and advisers. Agencies may share reports with the client whose website was scanned. You may not resell the Service, copy it at scale, or present our reports as your own software. The Service, its methodology, design and software remain the property of Hi-Lab Solution. Code snippets in a report may be used freely on the website they were generated for.

10Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no automated mass scanning, no attempts to break, overload or bypass its limits or paywall, no scanning of websites for unlawful purposes, and no sharing of unlock codes for resale. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, without refund.

11Your data

We store your email address, the websites you scan, the resulting reports, and order and invoice details, so that we can provide your reports, account, monitoring and invoices. Payment details are handled by our payment partners. We send service emails (login codes, monitoring summaries and alerts) and do not sell your personal data. To ask for your data to be corrected or deleted, contact us at sanket@hi-labsolution.com.

12Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to a purchase is the one you accepted at checkout, and the “last updated” date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Anand, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
